At Rebelhorn Official, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or fit perfectly, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
